Role Overview
As part of our new shop opening in London, we are looking for our future Key Holder to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand. ✨
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
- Operate the cash register efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
- Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
- Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager

Profile
The profile we are looking for:
- Passionate about fashion
- Have over a year's experience in a similar position in the ready-to-wear sector
- A sound knowledge of the sector and its trends
- Responsive, dynamic, versatile, results-oriented and proactive
