Job Overview:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Assist in developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Supervise and motivate sales associates, fostering a positive team environment. Maintain high visual standards in alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring displays are attractive and effective. Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols. Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.

- Proven experience in retail, preferably in luxury or high-end environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take the responsibility of opening and closing procedures in daily operation.
- Handle cash registers and make sure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Ensure the premises are clean, organized, and ready for the next day.
- Provide leadership to employees in the absence of senior management.
- Act as a point of contact for employees with questions or issues.
- Notify appropriate authorities as needed.
- Communicate any issues to management or security.
- Follow health and safety protocols for the wellbeing of staff and customers.
