Ready to take the next step in your fashion retail career? We're looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with Key Holder responsibility to join a successful international fashion brand in Central London. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service while taking on additional responsibility within the store.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering a confident, engaging and memorable customer experience
- Leading by example on the shop floor and supporting sales performance
- Opening and closing the store as a trusted Key Holder
- Supporting the management team with daily store operations
- Working towards individual and store KPIs
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and operational standards
- Supporting and motivating colleagues during busy periods

What we're looking for:
- Fashion retail experience at Sales Advisor or senior level
- Previous Key Holder, opening or closing responsibility
- A confident, reliable and commercially focused approach
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to take ownership and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
