Known for bringing quality, style, and convenience to the furniture market, they are currently launching flagship locations in Westfield Stratford and White City.
Job Description
As a Key Holder at our new Westfield locations, you will drive the daily success of our stores by delivering exceptional customer service and tailored design advice. You'll manage store openings and closings, support visual merchandising, and handle stock logistics while helping customers transform their homes with our high-quality, stylish furniture.

What You Will Do
- Lead the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Engage customers with genuine product knowledge and tailored interiors advice to drive sales and meet team performance targets.
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager to manage stock deliveries, inventory upkeep, and ensure a seamless, memorable journey for every visitor.
The ideal candidate
- Brings proven experience in retail sales, specifically within premium lifestyle, furniture, or interior design brands, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive grit and determination mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic shopping environment.
- Possesses a genuine passion for home interiors and the ability to solve customer problems through creative, high-quality furniture solutions.
