Job Description

As Topologie continues to rapidly expand its global retail footprint, we are looking for a Key Holder to support the growth of our UK market.

We are seeking individuals who genuinely appreciate our brand and are eager to contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience on the shop floor. If you are ready to "Make Things Happen" and share your authentic sense of style, we invite you to connect with us.

What you'll be doing?

Leadership & Team Management

  • Assist in motivating and developing a dynamic team of sales associates.
  • Support the Store Manager in setting clear goals and providing feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
  • Open and close the store, holding keys and alarm codes, and acting as manager-on-duty in the Store Manager's absence.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional service standards are met, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Performance

  • Help drive sales and achieve store targets through effective support and operational excellence.
  • Participate in analyzing sales reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Store Operations

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Help manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Maintain store presentation to the highest standard, ensuring product displays are engaging and well organized.

What you'll ideally bring

  • 2+ years of retail experience, ideally with some supervisory or keyholding responsibility.
  • Background in retail with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service and creating a great shopping experience.
  • Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Genuine interest in lifestyle and design, with an eye for store presentation.
  • Quick thinker who can address problems effectively.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 14 kg as part of daily store operations.
