About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example with exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
- Model behaviours that align with customer service excellence—inspiring an authentic, personalized experience to meet sales and customer service targets
- Utilise retail expertise and cash handling experience for:
- Day-end cash reconciliation
- Opening and closing duties (conforming to store rota)
- Fast-paced environment: Ability to adapt to nights, weekends, and special events
- Provide on-the-job training and leadership to the sales team
Ideal Candidate Attributes
- Ambitious self-starter, seeking supervisory experience in retail
- Retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Previous supervisory experience in retail (including coaching/mentoring) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of retail point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability for various shifts (including evenings/weekends)
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service
- Cash reconciling and store opening/closing experience (desirable)
