About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional retail service, operational efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating key behaviours to inspire the sales team in delivering authentic, personalized, and inspirational customer service.
- Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets through coaching and mentoring staff.
- Apply retail expertise to cash handling, including accurate start and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Rotate opening and closing duties as per schedule.
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, including flexible shift patterns (days, evenings, weekends, and special events).
- Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence while supporting career progression.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or luxury beauty.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service through empathetic and personalized interactions.
- Previous retail operations experience (such as cash reconciliation, store opening/closing) is advantageous, though not essential.
- Desired: experience in a supervisory or coaching role to expand on managerial skills.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special promotions.
- Familiarity with retail POS (point-of-sale) systems.
