The role
As a Key Master, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, secure and efficient management of our Meet & Greet vehicle operation.
You'll oversee the control and movement of customer vehicle keys, optimise vehicle storage and parking allocation using the ParkIt system, and help keep the operation running smoothly while maximising capacity and minimising customer waiting times.

Working closely with operational teams, you'll monitor performance, respond to operational changes, resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service across the operation.
What will make you successful in this role
- Must possess a full driving licence
- Must demonstrate resilience and be able to work accurately under pressure
- Experience of team working
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to respond positively and take responsibility for change
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, including MS Office suite
