Key National Sales Director – Facilities Management

Hybrid / West Yorkshire | National travel

I’m recruiting a Key National Sales Director for a leading UK provider of critical equipment and services. This is an opportunity for an established FM sales leader to shape national account strategy, lead a senior commercial team, and drive growth across major multisite customers.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead Business Development Directors, Business Development Managers, and Commercial Account Managers. You’ll also take an active role in developing key relationships and securing large, complex deals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and deliver the national key accounts strategy
  • Grow revenue across existing accounts and win new business in the FM sector
  • Lead, coach, and set clear targets for a national sales team
  • Build recurring service revenue and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Lead complex tenders and negotiate with senior stakeholders and procurement teams
  • Work with bid and operations teams to create commercially sound solutions that can be delivered
  • Strengthen client relationships, retention, and account performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
