Summary
Join our team and help drive safety, hygiene and production excellence across the site.
The Role
You'll take ownership of raw materials, labour, equipment and maintenance in your assigned area, acting as a key link between departments to keep production and packing running smoothly.
Pay rate: £13.33 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to your Line Manager on production and packing matters.
- Engage with wider teams and HSE departments to support site goals.
- Role model safety behaviours, reporting and resolving issues proactively.
- Coach colleagues on health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Champion clean-as-you-go and good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure machinery hygiene checks are completed and defects reported promptly.
- Take an active role in health, safety and environmental audits.

- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate paperwork.
- Proven track record of delivery and high standards.
- Able to work well with peers across teams.
