Your Role in Our Mission:
As Key Partnerships Manager - Affiliate, you will lead the overall strategic relationship of a portfolio of our key merchant partners. Your role will require a consultative approach to each of your highly valued partners to ensure that we are maximising their performance on our platform, whilst optimising revenue opportunities.
You will be responsible for building a creative and strategic market campaign and demonstrating a clear data-driven approach.

Flexible, Hybrid Working:
We welcome the opportunity to work from home; however this is a merchant-facing role, and there is an expectation that 3 of 5 days per week will be away from home, either in the office, out at merchant meetings or attending relevant events
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own a portfolio of c.15 of our largest affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing best-in-class relationships and building bespoke strategies to deliver long-term success through a highly strategic and consultative approach
- Establish connections with key budget-holders and decision-makers within your brands - elevating our position to establish us as a key partner within their ecosystem
- Apply a creative approach to growing engagement and sales volume for your partners through the design of bespoke and intelligent marketing campaigns, using our advanced marketing automation platform
- Maximise commercial opportunities and revenues through negotiation of offer strength, frictionless user experience, commission rates and media spend
- Lead monthly business review & planning meetings with each of your partners to discuss performance and alignment on current and future actions
- Lead quarterly face-to-face business reviews where you will focus on insight and optimising the partnership through strategic discussions.
- Monitor the performance of your partners and their marketing activity through interpretation of reports and analytics provided by our Analysis team
- Collaborate with our B2C Marketing team to design and deliver high-impact campaigns driving both performance and media investment from your portfolio
- Share key insights and strategies upwards into the business and highlight key learnings to your peer group for application across our wider portfolio
- Represent RGER at leading affiliate industry events to support wider networking opportunities, including various speaking positions

Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Extensive experience building mutually beneficial and commercially-driven partnerships in the affiliate channel at a senior level
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to demonstrate a consultative approach to sales
- Track record of building long-term, strategic relationships with experience in handling difficult situations and negotiations
- Strong networking skills, and an ability to gain the interest and attention of senior executives and business leaders
- Proven track record to bring an inventive approach to B2C marketing to drive performance
- Comfortable interpreting and presenting basic performance and campaign data
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships and, at times, competing priorities
- Strong presentation skills to present to both an internal and external audience
- Ability to build rapport and connections with your immediate and wider teams to share best practice, build efficient processes and maximise our business results
- Understanding of the affiliate industry and tracking & attribution models
