About Us

Peratera is a UK-based fintech company, founded in 2022 and authorised by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution. We are building a modern, all-in-one payment platform that enables businesses to manage global payments and financial operations seamlessly.

Our solution allows companies to open multi-currency accounts, send and receive payments worldwide, and manage cross-border transactions from a single platform. Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations.

Your Mission

As Key Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the strategic partnerships that power Peratera’s products and international growth. You will identify, negotiate, and develop relationships with banks, payment institutions, payment networks, FX and liquidity providers, card and acquiring partners, alternative payment methods, and other financial infrastructure providers.

This is a commercial and strategic role for someone who understands the payments ecosystem, has an established network, and can turn partnerships into new products, improved commercial terms, and expanded geographic and payment capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand Peratera’s products, payment capabilities, currencies, and geographic coverage
  • Build relationships with banks, EMIs, payment institutions, payment networks, FX and liquidity providers, card schemes, processors, acquirers, APM providers, and other financial infrastructure partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, volumes, service levels, implementation, and contractual terms
  • Develop new banking and payment rails across key international markets
  • Identify opportunities to improve FX pricing, payout coverage, settlement capabilities, and overall unit economics
  • Manage strategic partners throughout the relationship lifecycle, from initial discussions and due diligence through integration and ongoing commercial management
  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to prioritise and deliver new partner integrations
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations during partner onboarding and due diligence
  • Monitor partner performance, pricing, service quality, and commercial outcomes
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partnerships and provide regular reporting to the Commercial Director and senior management
  • Represent Peratera at major international fintech, banking, and payments events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
