Job Description
Position: Key Person
Salary: Scale 5
Hours of work: 35 hours a week, all year around –Biweekly Shift Rota (8-4pm or 10-6pm)
Contract Term: Permanent
Closing Date: Closing date and shortlisting: 12th October 2026, 12noon
Interviews: TBC
Start date: January 2027

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate
We are looking for a minimum Level 3 qualified member of staff who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering high standards of education and care for young children for the following posts:
- A passion and commitment to exceptional early years practice.
- Experience of maintaining high standards of care for children at all times.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment in which every child is encouraged to flourish through supported interventions.
- A commitment to continuing your own learning
- A passion for being creative and motivated
