A friendly and ambitious primary school in Hayes is preparing for the new academic year and is looking for a passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join its team permanently.
Prebook Recruitment is supporting the school with this appointment and welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers looking for the right environment in which to develop.

Your Role
You'll take responsibility for your own KS2 class while working closely with colleagues across the phase.
You'll
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that build knowledge and confidence.
- Adapt teaching to support pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
- Track pupil progress and use assessment to shape future learning.
- Create a calm, positive and purposeful classroom.
- Encourage independence, resilience and a love of learning.
- Work alongside teaching assistants to provide targeted support.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and families.
- Contribute to school trips, clubs and enrichment activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning.

What We're Looking For
The Successful Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status.
- Have suitable primary teaching experience or ECT placements.
- Understand the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Have strong communication and organisational skills.
- Create positive relationships with children.
- Be confident differentiating lessons effectively.
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education.
- Be enthusiastic about becoming part of the wider school community.
