Job Type: Full-time
Due to increased demand and continued growth in our keyboard printing department, we’re looking for a Keyboard Print & Laser Specialist to join our team in Coventry.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail is absolutely key. You’ll be responsible for printing and personalising keyboards to a high standard, working with a range of specialist printing and laser equipment.
The role
You’ll be involved in:
- Printing and personalising keyboards to customer specifications
- Operating our fibre laser for backlit keyboards
- Preparing artwork and print files
- Carrying out detailed quality checks
- Working with different materials, finishes and keyboard designs
- Helping to develop and improve our printing processes
- Maintaining equipment and keeping your work area clean and organised

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality
- Comfortable working with computers and design software
- Experienced with CorelDRAW – this would be a strong advantage
- Experienced with UV printers – desirable but not essential
- Confident learning and operating specialist machinery, including fibre lasers
- Practical, methodical and able to work independently
- Someone who takes real pride in producing a high-quality finished product

Previous experience in keyboard printing, laser engraving, UV printing or a similar production environment would be a big advantage, but we're also open to someone with the right attitude and attention to detail who is keen to learn.
