Role overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Keyholder to join Hackett on a part-time basis, working 24 hours per week. In this role, you will support the store team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining high standards across the shop floor, and ensuring the smooth opening and closing of the store.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted keyholder, supporting the opening and closing of the store in line with company procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Hackett brand with confidence and professionalism.
  • Support daily store operations, including stock handling, visual standards, and replenishment.
  • Assist the store team in achieving sales targets and maintaining an organised, welcoming environment.
  • Follow health, safety, and loss prevention procedures at all times.
  • Provide support to the management team and step in to help coordinate store activity when required.

Required qualifications and experience

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with store opening and closing routines is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, dependable approach.
  • Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends and busy trading periods.
