Salary £30,000–£33,000 + Bonus
Full Time | 40 Hours | Permanent
About the Company
A distinguished British heritage brand, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless style, and commitment to quality. Established in the early 20th century, the brand has built a reputation for delivering premium menswear and womenswear, specialising in expertly tailored shirts, formalwear, and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales performance.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store and ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
- Support, coach and motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent clientelling and personalised service.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory control to ensure the sales floor is always well presented.
- Support with administrative tasks, cash handling and daily reporting.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Senior Sales Associate or Supervisor within premium or luxury retail, ideally in menswear.
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience with opening and closing procedures and supporting daily store operations.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a genuine interest in menswear.
