Overview
TALA has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. Built on largely organic social, today we are a digital-first, multichannel women’s activewear brand with a multifaceted growth and retention strategy.
Following a £5m fundraise from world-class institutional investors and growing global media attention, TALA is entering an exciting new phase of growth, including the opening of two stores in London.
Now, we’re taking TALA beyond London, and Bicester Village, you’re next.
This will be for a FTC from November 26 to January 27
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Bring the TALA brand, values, and culture to life for customers and colleagues
- Greet, assist, and style customers for an engaging shopping experience
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Process transactions via the store POS

Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Keep the store visually appealing and on-brand, following display and promotion guidelines
- Support stock replenishment and organization on shelves and racks
- Keep fitting rooms clean and tidy
Stock Management & Operations
- Help receive, unpack, and organize new inventory
- Conduct stock checks and monitor levels
- Report damaged or missing products
- Follow loss prevention and security procedures
Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe at all times
Team Collaboration & Training
- Work as part of a team to hit sales targets and store goals
- Join meetings and training to stay current on brand trends and policy
Key Holder Responsibilities
- As a Key Holder, you'll take on extra leadership and operational duties:
- Open and close the store securely, following all procedures
- Handle daily cash processes, including tills, accurately and securely
- Mentor and coach the Sales Associate team, supporting performance and cohesion
- Be the go-to for product and operational knowledge, keeping the store running smoothly in management's absence

Qualifications
- Retail experience (fashion, activewear, or wellness preferred) and genuine passion for the space
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect effortlessly with customers and inspire your team
- Proactive problem-solver, thrives solo or in a team
- Strong visual merchandising eye and attention to detail
- Great multitasker across service, sales, and operations
- Passionate about building lasting customer relationships
