Your mission:

Support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability of the store through motivating the team to provide effective customer service.

What will your objectives be?

Customer service

  • Resolve customer inquiries and exceed store expectations.
  • Supervise transactions at the cash register to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise the team and prioritise all responsibilities to ensure that customer service has priority at all times.
  • Establish sales objectives and provide feedback to the relevant sales personnel.

Sales

  • Communicate the sale objectives to the team.
  • Promote and support sales activities.
  • Identify, analyse and propose any area of sales development.

Financial

  • Control billings and stock losses within budgets to maximise profits.
  • Understand the KPIs of the store and take measures to improve them.

Image of the store

  • Maintain the organisation of the store and the visuals according to the image of the company.
  • Ensure that the store and warehouse are in order.

Team / People Management

  • Motivate the team to achieve results.
  • Resolve conflicts with team members in an efficient manner.
  • Identify training needs and supervise staff training.
  • Conduct information sessions and staff meetings.

Requirements:

Required experience:

  • Experience in the sector for a minimum 2 years.
