Job Title: Keyholder

Working hours: 20 hours contracted per week. Required to be fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

Location: Swindon Designer Outlet

Salary: £13.40 per hour

We’re looking for a Keyholder who knows how to sweeten the deal when it comes to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth running of our retail store. If you’re as passionate about retail, customer experience, and spreading childlike happiness as we are about our Starmix, then this is the role for you!

How you’ll contribute to the mix:

At HARIBO, every role plays a key part in our recipe for success! As our next Keyholder, you’ll bring your unique skills to the table and help us create the magic that keeps the world sweet.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and bringing the HARIBO brand to life in store
  • Opening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational standards are met
  • Processing cash and card payments accurately at the till
  • Maintaining high retail standards through replenishment, pricing, and visual presentation
  • Supporting stock control, food hygiene, and Health & Safety compliance

Do you have the right ingredients?

To join our team of confectionery creators, you’ll need:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Experience handling cash and card transactions
  • A friendly, confident, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and keyholder shifts
  • A passion for HARIBO, our values, brand, and customers
  • Online retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
