Keys Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised Keys Assistant to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management, administration and organisation of keys across our property portfolio. This is an office-based role suited to someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to keeping accurate records. Previous experience in a similar administrative, property or facilities role would be highly advantageous.

  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding of keys for buildings within the portfolio.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate key details on internal systems.
  • Tagging new keys with QR codes and ensuring they are correctly stored.
  • Organising and maintaining the key cupboard and ensuring keys are easy to locate.
  • Managing the posting and tracking of keys sent to clients and other parties.
  • Recording and following up on missing keys.
  • Coordinating access to keys through reception.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all keys and supporting the backlog of building onboarding.
  • Ensuring keys are correctly archived or removed when properties leave the portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
