Location: Romford
Working pattern: Onsite/Hybrid
As the Claims Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Personal Injury Claims Team to ensure the department operates efficiently on a day to day basis.
- To be responsible for all incoming post, scanning and distributing.
- Data entering claims onto our in-house management systems.
- Supporting the claims team with general admin.
- Issuing payments to suppliers and customers.
- Assisting with diary management.
- Team filing and archiving.
- Processing bordereaux from a variety of suppliers.
- Processing windscreen payments.
- Processing addon claims.
- Ensuring that all basic administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely.
