Working pattern: Onsite/Hybrid
As the Claims Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Personal Injury Claims Team to ensure the department operates efficiently on a day to day basis.
- To be responsible for all incoming post, scanning and distributing.
- Data entering claims onto our inhouse management systems.
- Supporting the claims team with general admin.
- Issuing payments to suppliers and customers.
- Assisting with diary management.
- Team filing and archiving.
- Processing bordereaux’s from a variety of suppliers.
- Processing windscreen payments.
- Processing addon claims.
- Ensuring that all basic administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident in dealing with staff at all levels.
- Good organisational skills.
- Accurate word processing capabilities.
- Basic ability to use spreadsheets.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong communication skills.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to Organise and prioritise.
