All Kia apprenticeships are nationally recognised.   • Servicing vehicles
  • Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components
  • Advising the Service Advisor about faults and required repairs
  • Contact with customers about work required
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults

Training Outcome

Upon completion of the Kia Technician Apprenticeship, apprentices have the opportunity to transition into Senior Technician, Master Technician, EV Specialist, and Service/Aftersales Manager roles. Kia is committed to growing the automotive talent pool with Electric Vehicle Specialists

Working Arrangements

  • Working Week: Apprentices will be expected to work Monday - Friday, shifts to be confirmed (with the exception of weekends as per the requirements of the dealership).
