- Servicing vehicles
- Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components
- Advising the Service Advisor about faults and required repairs
- Contact with customers about work required
- Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Training
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements
Essential qualifications
- GCSE In:
- English (grade C / 4 or above)
- Maths (grade C / 4 or above)

Pay
£16,640 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age (National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices).
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (40 hours per week).
