The GT4 Group incorporating Gavin Watson Ltd and TPL Labels Ltd is a long-established, family-owned business and a leading supplier of premium printed packaging solutions. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer care, we specialise in producing labels, bespoke cartons, boxes, and sleeves for a wide range of industries. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Sales Trainee to join our team and drive growth across both existing and new markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning the ropes of an agile business to business sales environment
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
- Identifying new business opportunities and helping drive growth
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of packaging solutions and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- A positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence (essential, as you’ll be prospecting and visiting clients)
- No prior sales experience needed - just the right mindset and ambition
