Kids Activity Supervisor
Location: Oswestry Leisure Centre, Shropshire, SY11 4QB
Salary: £13 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Casual contract, flexible to work various shifts in school holidays, weekend shifts and after school times to meet business needs.

What you’ll do as a Kids Activity Supervisor
- Lead and assist with children's birthday parties, ensuring activities run smoothly and participants have a positive experience.
- Support the delivery of roller disco sessions.
- Maintain high standards of customer supervision at all times.
- Promote the safety and wellbeing of all customers using the facility.
- Deliver excellent customer care and respond effectively to enquiries.
- Set up, store, maintain and clean sports and activity equipment to ensure it remains safe and ready for use.

Does this sound like you?
- Strong customer care and communication skills.
- A positive, reliable and proactive approach to supporting activities and events.
- Awareness of relevant health and safety requirements.
- Experience working within the leisure industry would be advantageous.
- A First Aid at Work certificate would be advantageous.

Vetting and checks:
- An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
