At our brand-new London flagship home on Carnaby Street, we aren't just selling skincare—we are building a vibrant, self-expressive community hub. Our cool NYC-style lounge space is retail redefined.

We are looking for an extraordinary, high-energy Flagship Store Manager to lead the Carnaby Crew and shape the retail team of the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, and foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team.
  • Drive Performance: Combine your commercial acumen with creative retail strategies to exceed flagship sales, conversion, and transaction targets.
  • Host the Community: Execute high-impact brand activations and manage the customer experience.
  • Retail Excellence: Keep visual merchandising pristine and master operational systems with absolute precision.
  • Collaborate & Trend-Spot: Partner closely with Head Office to react instantly to fast-moving beauty, cultural, and social media trends
