This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Kimchi Sales Engineer based in United Kingdom.
This is a high-impact technical sales role focused on bringing an enterprise AI coding platform to engineering organizations across EMEA.
You will lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept that demonstrate measurable value in real customer environments.
The role combines AI coding agents, LLM infrastructure, developer tooling, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
You will work directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, platform leaders, and senior developers.
Your work will influence regional revenue, enterprise adoption, product-market fit, and customer outcomes.
As a founding member of the regional Go-to-Market organization, you will operate with significant ownership in a fast-moving environment.
The position is ideal for a technically credible, customer-focused engineer who can translate complex technology into compelling business outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Own technical wins: Lead fast, well-scoped proofs of concept from initial architecture discussions through successful technical evaluations, including installing the coding harness, configuring inference gateways, migrating existing agent workflows, and demonstrating value against customer repositories and agreed success criteria.
- Lead technical conversations: Engage confidently with staff engineers, platform leaders, and technical decision-makers on model routing, context management, coding agents, inference architecture, and developer workflows.
- Build rigorous evaluations: Design and execute comparisons against incumbent coding tools, measuring factors such as accuracy, inference cost, latency, and developer experience while translating technical findings into outcomes that resonate with executive buyers.
- Manage enterprise technical gates: Lead security, data residency, deployment, and network architecture reviews, bringing in product and engineering specialists when deeper technical expertise is required.
- Troubleshoot in real time: Diagnose and resolve integration, configuration, authentication, IDE, and workflow issues during customer engagements and POCs, often under tight deadlines.
- Feed customer insights into product: Capture recurring technical challenges, customer feedback, and product opportunities from live evaluations and communicate them to internal teams to support rapid product improvements.
- Enable the wider sales organization: Help Account Executives and other Sales Engineers identify, qualify, and advance opportunities, while representing the product at conferences, technical events, and meetups across EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
