Kinaxis Solution Architect
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Kinaxis Solution Architect based in United Kingdom.
Join a strategic supply chain transformation initiative where you will play a key role in designing and delivering advanced Kinaxis planning solutions for enterprise environments. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing solution architectures. This role combines technical expertise with business consulting, giving you the opportunity to influence supply chain planning processes from design through deployment. You will contribute to major digital transformation projects by leading solution design, validating concepts, and supporting successful implementations. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Kinaxis solution designs.
- Design end-to-end functional architectures, prepare detailed solution specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Develop proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions, architecture approaches, and system capabilities before implementation.
- Lead product demonstrations and Show & Tell sessions to present solution capabilities, encourage stakeholder engagement, and support user adoption.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage testing outcomes, and ensure identified issues are resolved effectively.
- Provide architectural guidance and functional expertise during implementation, go-live, and hypercare phases to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Support integration planning and collaborate with technical teams to build scalable enterprise interfaces and sustainable supply chain solutions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse and Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- At least 6 years of experience designing Kinaxis integration architectures and enterprise solution architectures.
- Strong background in solution architecture, business requirement analysis, and functional design documentation.
- Experience developing proof of concepts (PoCs) and validating enterprise solution designs.
- Proven ability to lead Show & Tell sessions, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate with business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration architecture and supply chain management (SCM) processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
