About Us

Lipstick London was created to bring fun back to beauty - starting with one product that can transform a look, a mood, or a moment in seconds. We challenge the idea that premium beauty has to feel serious, expensive, or exclusive.

Built for those who want luxury-quality lip products without the luxury price tag, Lipstick London is a space where creativity comes first. A playground for lips where individuality and expression is celebrated.

Lipstick London invites a new generation to play, explore, and redefine what beauty looks like - whether it's a bold lip on a Monday morning, gloss in the back of a taxi, or colour simply because you feel like it.

The Role

The Manager is responsible for leading kiosk operations, achieving sales targets, and upholding brand standards. They develop and inspire their team, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure every client receives exceptional service from consultation through final fitting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
