What You’ll Need
You’ll need strong leadership skills, a good understanding of food operations, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or food environment is important, along with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Above all, you’ll take pride in your work and be driven to deliver consistent quality and performance.

The role:
As a Kiosk Manager, you’ll lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding customer service every day. You’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the kiosk, driving sales, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring every customer has a fantastic Panku experience.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll run the kiosk as if it were your own business, taking ownership of daily operations and driving strong performance across sales, labour, and food cost controls.
- You’ll inspire, coach, and engage your team to deliver outstanding service and consistently high-quality food, while maintaining excellent standards in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll also ensure all key records are completed accurately, including deliveries, waste management, and temperature checks, supporting full compliance and operational excellence.
