Contract: Full Time

Salary: £13.79

Contracted Hours: 20+


We’re Panku! A group of food lovers with one common passion to create freshly made, delicious rice & noodle bowls, sizzling street food and hand-rolled sushi for everyone to enjoy. Panku brings together all the flavours of East and Southeast Asia to one place. From umami Japanese or punchy Korean to the aromatic fresh flavours of Thailand and Vietnam, Panku has it all to feast on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Kiosk Manager with the day-to-day running of the kiosk.
  • Lead shifts confidently in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth operations throughout service.
  • Oversee food preparation and maintain high food quality and service standards.
  • Manage stock levels and ordering to help achieve production and waste targets.
  • Support the achievement of sales, labour, and food cost targets to drive profitability.
  • Motivate and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Foster a positive team culture built on teamwork, engagement, and support.
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment, leading by example and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and provide leadership during operational hours.
