Contract: Full Time
Salary: £13.79
Contracted Hours: 20+

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Kiosk Manager with the day-to-day running of the kiosk.
- Lead shifts confidently in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth operations throughout service.
- Oversee food preparation and maintain high food quality and service standards.
- Manage stock levels and ordering to help achieve production and waste targets.
- Support the achievement of sales, labour, and food cost targets to drive profitability.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Foster a positive team culture built on teamwork, engagement, and support.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment, leading by example and reporting any issues promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and provide leadership during operational hours.
