Role Description
The Kitchen and Bath Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tonbridge. This position is responsible for:
- Meeting with clients in the showroom and at their homes to discuss requirements, assess spaces, and develop detailed design concepts.
- Producing layout plans and 3D visuals.
- Selecting materials and cabinetry.
- Preparing quotations.
- Presenting design proposals.
- Coordinating with suppliers and installers to ensure accurate ordering and smooth project delivery.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.
- Supporting sales activities, responding to inquiries, and contributing to the overall presentation and organization of the showroom.

Qualifications

- Strong Kitchen & Bath Design skills, including space planning and selection of fittings and finishes.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust and clearly explain design options.
- Sales abilities, including guiding clients through proposals and supporting the close of projects.
- Knowledge of Cabinetry, including construction, configuration options, and installation considerations.
- Relevant experience in residential interior design or kitchen and bath design, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Proficiency with design and visualization software (e.g., CAD or kitchen design tools) and basic MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Tonbridge and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and trades.
