Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Kitchen and Bathroom Technician at Aquafix Ltd. The technician will support the planning and coordination of kitchen and bathroom installations and refurbishments, liaising with customers and internal teams via phone, video calls, and digital tools. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications, advising on plumbing and heating solutions, preparing job documentation, and coordinating schedules and materials for on-site teams. The role also involves troubleshooting customer queries, ensuring projects comply with safety and quality standards, and updating records and reports in company systems. While the position is remote, occasional site visits may be requested depending on project needs and candidate location.

- Practical experience in plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installations, or related building services, with strong knowledge of fixtures, fittings, and basic heating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents, and translate them into clear instructions for installation teams.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical matters in simple terms and manage customer expectations.
- Competence using digital tools for remote work, such as project management software, video conferencing, and electronic documentation.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of health and safety principles relevant to plumbing, heating, and renovation work.
- Relevant trade qualifications, apprenticeships, or certifications in plumbing or building services are highly beneficial.
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to sites on occasion is an advantage.
