Role Description
The Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Crawley. In this position, the consultant guides customers through the entire design and sales journey, from initial showroom consultation to final order placement. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers
- Understanding their lifestyle, budget, and design preferences
- Using design tools to create tailored kitchen and bedroom solutions
- Providing clear product information
- Presenting layout and material options
- Preparing accurate quotations
- Supporting customers in choosing suitable finance options
Additional duties include:
- Maintaining showroom standards
- Coordinating with installation and customer service teams
- Following up on leads
- Meeting agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide a high-quality showroom experience.
- Experience in retail or sales environments, particularly within home improvement, furniture, or interiors.
- Good numerical and IT skills for preparing quotations, working with design software, and handling finance options.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work to sales targets, manage time effectively, and collaborate with showroom and installation teams.
- A background in design, interiors, or a related field, and prior experience in kitchen or bedroom sales, would be beneficial.
