Balfour Winery Kitchen Assistant
Balfour Winery is one of England’s leading wine estates, renowned for award-winning wines, exceptional hospitality, and a restaurant that champions quality, creativity, and seasonality. Our kitchen plays a central role in the guest experience, delivering beautifully crafted dishes that reflect the character of the Hush Heath Estate. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to work full-time and be able to commute to the Winery.

- Keeping the kitchen super clean and sparkly
- Clean and wash up with love and care
- Take responsibility for the care and control of the kitchen’s crockery and cleaning products
- Be ready to muck in with preparing food, plating dishes, and learning from the chefs around you
What You Need
In this KP role we need someone with:
- A love for food and enjoyment of cooking
- High standards and attention to detail
- Their own transport to get to and from work
