Kitchen Assistant
Salary - £26,436.80 + overtime
The Pear Tree, Purton, Wiltshire SN5 4ED
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Start Date - 09/09/2026
Artemis are looking for a passionate Kitchen Assistant based at The Pear Tree, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining, together with a strong background in food led establishments.
Requirements
- Own transport is essential due to the remote location
- Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
- Some commercial kitchen experience

Responsibilities
- Report to the Chef / Manager on duty
- Operating automated dishwasher
- Hand wash and sanitising large kitchen prep items
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment & surfaces
- Some food preparation
- H&S - training will be given
- Food Hygiene - training will be given
