Cadbury World is looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants to help create memorable experiences for our guests at one of the UK's most loved family attractions.

Located in the historic village of Bournville, Cadbury World welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors every year, all eager to enjoy a truly unforgettable day out.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of food items in line with recipes and brand standards
  • Supporting kitchen preparation to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
  • Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with deliveries
  • Washing and maintaining crockery, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

The ingredients for success:

Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided for the right candidates who are passionate about food and service.

You'll ideally be:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and reliable
  • Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays

Pay rates:

  • £12.71 per hour (21+)
  • £10.85 per hour (18-20)
  • £8.03 per hour (16-17)
