Company Description
GRAPE & Fig is a UK-based food business founded by two sisters in 2017, specialising in beautifully styled sharing food, including British cheese and charcuterie platters.
From our HQ in Romford, our team creates and styles orders fresh each morning for events, celebrations and corporate customers across London and beyond.
The Roles
We’re growing our kitchen team and are currently recruiting for:
- x2 Part-Time Kitchen Assistants – 3–4 days per week
- x1 Full-Time Kitchen Assistant – 5 days per week
- x1 Full-Time Kitchen Porter
Kitchen Assistants will support the preparation and creation of our signature sharing platters and products. The role includes preparing ingredients, assembling and styling products, packing customer orders, receiving and unpacking deliveries, stock rotation and helping to keep the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently.

Our Kitchen Porter will help keep our busy commercial kitchens ship-shape while production is in full swing. This includes general cleaning and dishwashing, emptying bins, keeping work areas tidy and supporting the wider kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly.
Hours & Availability
These roles involve early starts from 4am, with early finishes.
Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays is essential.
