We’re recruiting a Kitchen Assistant for our Watford nursery, with a September start. About The Role
This role involves supporting our full-time Nursery Chef to prepare and cook meals for our children, ensuring a high standard of catering in line with our policies, procedures and legislative guidelines, while maintaining our excellent 5-Star Food Hygiene rating.
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of the importance of health and hygiene.
- Experience in a kitchen environment (nursery or school settings desirable).
- Understanding of catering for special diets, allergies and intolerances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills.
- An enthusiastic, flexible, can-do attitude.
- A clear DBS.
