The Venue
Vaillant Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.
About the Role
We are seeking Casual Kitchen Assistants and Porters to deliver outstanding culinary experiences to our guests. Whether you're preparing dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, or bringing creativity to the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare any food and snacks sold in the location you are working in.
- Maintaining a clean and organised area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of food and beverage areas before and after events.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
About You:
- Experience of working in a kitchen.
- Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
Recruitment Process Outlined:
Successful applicants will be invited to join our casual team, giving them the opportunity to sign up for event-based shifts. This is a casual, event-based vacancy and will include evening and weekend work.
