Location: Blackheath Showroom – SE3, London
Hours: Sunday to Friday (on-site) with a day off in lieu
We are looking for a driven, polished Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Consultant to join our Blackheath showroom team. You will work closely with our interior designers, presenting their designs to clients and taking full ownership of the sales process from enquiry to close.
You will not be required to create designs yourself, but you must be confident explaining layouts, finishes and design concepts and guiding clients through high-value decisions. The position will be working in the showroom Sunday to Friday with a day off in the week in lieu.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside our interior designers to present kitchen and bathroom designs to clients
- Take ownership of company-wide enquiries: chase, follow up and convert into showroom appointments
- Welcome and host walk-in clients at our Blackheath (SE3) showroom
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements, lifestyle and budget
- Present design proposals clearly and persuasively, handling questions and objections
- Negotiate pricing and terms and close high-value kitchen, bathroom & interior projects
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activity and pipeline on CRM

About You
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales, ideally in kitchens, bathrooms, interiors or luxury retail
- Confident dealing with discerning, high-end clients; professional and well-presented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable closing significant deals
- Highly organised and proactive in following up enquiries across the business
- Able to work on-site at our Blackheath, SE3 showroom, including key retail days

Qualifications
- A strong emphasis on sales and a desire to earn a generous Commission
- You must have a minimum of four years Experience working in KBB sales
- The ability to communicate plans and projects and to close deals
- A good communicator with the ability to listen and interpret our clients ideas and wishes
