Role Description

The Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in one of our three boutique showrooms in prime locations; St Johns Wood High St NW8, Chiswick High Rd W4 and Blackheath Village SE3. This role involves greeting and consulting with customers in the showroom, understanding their lifestyle, budget, and design preferences, and translating these into functional kitchen and bathroom design proposals. The designer prepares detailed CAD layouts, mood boards, and quotations, presenting solutions that meet the client’s vision and ultimately closes sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years Experience in kitchen and bathroom design, including space planning, product selection, and specification of fixtures and finishes.
  • Strong Communication, Design and Sales skills to effectively consult with clients, present design concepts, and manage expectations.
  • Sales experience in a retail or showroom environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and conversion targets.
  • Proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD or kitchen/bath design software) and basic understanding of installation processes.
