Role Description
The Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. The person in this role will:
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom
- Listen carefully to their requirements
- Provide expert guidance on kitchen, bathroom and interior layouts, products, and finishes

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Creating bespoke design proposals and visual plans
- Preparing detailed quotations
- Managing projects from initial consultation through to final installation, ensuring a smooth and coordinated process
The role involves working closely with installers and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, following up on leads, and delivering a high standard of customer service to achieve sales targets. The Sales Designer will also support showroom presentation, stay current with product ranges and design trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and explain design options clearly.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, (training can be provided to great kitchen sales men or women for bathrooms or kitchens for bathroom sales if required) including space planning, product selection, and basic technical understanding of installation requirements.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, quotations, and deadlines effectively.
- Comfort with sales processes, including lead follow-up, negotiating, and working toward individual and team sales targets.
- Proficiency with design and planning software (e.g., CAD or similar tools) and basic computer skills for email, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London, including some weekend or flexible hours as required.
- Previous experience in kitchen, bathroom, interior design, or related retail sales is highly beneficial.
- Relevant training or qualifications in interior design, retail sales, or a related field are an advantage.
