KITCHEN & BATHROOM SALES
📍 Keith | Full-time
We’re looking for a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Person to join our well-established depot in Keith.
This is predominantly a sales role. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships with customers, understand what they want, create the right solution, follow up opportunities and, importantly, close the sale.
Our customers love seeing their ideas brought to life with great-looking 3D designs and realistic renders. You’ll be trained to produce these, so you don’t need to be an experienced designer. What we really need is someone with the personality, drive, enthusiasm and commercial awareness to turn a customer’s idea into an order.
THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the complete sales process, including:
- Design kitchens & bathrooms – Produce attractive plans and 3D renders that help customers visualise their finished project.
- Prepare quotations – Recommend suitable products, upgrades and alternatives while ensuring the customer gets the right solution for their budget.
- Manage the complete sales process – From the initial enquiry and design through to quotation, order and delivery.
- Upsell & cross-sell – Identify opportunities to add associated products and increase the value of each project.
- Build customer relationships – Develop trust with homeowners and trade customers and become their go-to person for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Liaise with suppliers & the wider KBM team – Working together on pricing, availability, ordering and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service – Deal professionally with queries, problems and any issues that arise.
- Develop new business – We want someone who will actively look for opportunities rather than simply wait for customers to walk through the door.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
