Your Retreats is a luxury bespoke lodge manufacturer based in Accrington, specialising in the design and manufacture of high-quality residential and leisure lodges.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to build relationships with experienced Subcontract Kitchen Fitters to support our production and installation requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced kitchen fitter looking for regular subcontract work within a professional and growing business.
The Role
As a subcontract Kitchen Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation and finishing of kitchens within our luxury lodges, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with the relevant drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
You will work alongside our production and finishing teams to ensure kitchens are completed efficiently and ready for final inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Install kitchen units, cupboards, doors, drawers, and worktops.
- Fit and install kitchen appliances where required.
- Accurately measure, set out, and install kitchens.
- Cut and adapt units and worktops where necessary.
- Install sinks, taps, and associated kitchen components.
- Work from drawings, specifications, and measurements.
- Liaise with our production and finishing teams to coordinate your work.
- Complete high-quality finishing and detailing.
- Identify and resolve fitting issues promptly.
- Complete work within agreed timescales.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area.
- Complete your own quality checks before handing work over.
- Rectify any reasonable snagging items relating to your installation.

We are looking for an experienced subcontractor who:
- Has proven experience in kitchen fitting.
- Produces a consistently high standard of workmanship.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Can accurately work from drawings and measurements.
- Has their own tools and equipment required to complete the work.
- Can work independently and manage their own workload.
- Is reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
- Has good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in delivering a professional finish.
- Understands the importance of quality when working on high-end bespoke products.

Experience working within lodges, modular buildings, caravans, residential construction, or bespoke joinery would be advantageous.
Subcontractor Requirements
The successful subcontractor will be expected to:
- Have the appropriate experience and skills for the work.
- Provide their own tools and equipment.
- Maintain appropriate insurance cover.
- Work in accordance with Your Retreats' site and workshop procedures.
- Comply with relevant health and safety requirements.
- Provide their own PPE where required.
- Work to agreed schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a professional standard of conduct while working on Your Retreats projects.
