All Star Lanes brings together retro bowling, made-to-share food, and feel-good fun across four iconic London locations. With karaoke, darts, and arcade games alongside the lanes, we’ve got something for everyone - from big nights with friends to unforgettable family days out.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Kitchen Manager to join All Star Lanes. You’ll lead the kitchen team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality food offering within a fast-paced, high-energy venue.
The Role
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen - setting standards, leading by example, and driving performance on every shift. With a proven background in managing successful kitchens, you’ll combine a passion for great food with strong leadership and sound commercial awareness.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with fresh food in a branded restaurant or gastro-pub setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage GP and labour in line with budgets
- A clear focus on training, developing, and motivating kitchen teams
