About the Role
The Offshore Inn, located on the seafront of Lytham St Annes, is a newly transformed destination offering home-made food, a wide range of drinks, and fabulous accommodation. As the Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day. You'll lead the day-to-day operation, supporting your team and creating a people-first culture where everyone feels valued, engaged, and motivated to perform at their best.
Responsibilities

- Develop and retain great people.
- Ensure the kitchen is well organized, well prepared, and consistently delivers great food.
- Take ownership of standards across food quality, hygiene, health & safety, and compliance.
- Keep a close eye on costs, stock, and overall kitchen performance.
- Stay calm under pressure, keep things organized, and ensure the right systems and processes are in place.
