We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London.

We’re looking for someone passionate, energetic & extremely organised to:
- Manage our kitchen
- Manage our team of Kitchen Hands and KPs
- Implement & improve kitchen processes
- Monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5* hygiene rating
- Manage ordering, stock management & solve stock issues
- Manage team scheduling, training & well-being
- Report to Restaurant Manager, and Culinary Director

Experience Requirements
- 1-3 Years
- Experience cooking in a busy professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant
- Management and team leadership experience
- Hygiene qualifications
